genovate official siteThe GENOVATE Community is a platform which enables GENOVATE partners to share institutional information and case studies, and facilitates the coordination of a buddy system for bench learning.

The GENOVATE Community consist of seven GENOVATE partner institutions; the GENOVATE International Advisory Board; key strategic collaborators and stakeholders and the general public. It is a mechanism designed to facilitate meaningful knowledge exchange across the community at local, national and international levels within each of the partner institutions’ countries, across Europe and globally.

EARMA training in gender and diversity

Katalin Toth, EARMA was invited to the Swedish national EU RD network meeting in Stockholm November 17, 2014 to present the EARMA Certificate in Research Management program. 80 network members from Swedish universities and colleges participated in the session.

The EARMA Certificate in Research Management is part of a suite of three professional work based qualifications, which also includes the EARMA Certificate in Research Administration and the EARMA Certificate in Research Leadership. It is a professional qualification designed to provide professionals with the knowledge and skills required to be successful research managers in Europe. This professional qualification requires students to complete six units, including five mandatory and one optional unit. One of six mandatory units is dedicated to gender and diversity: Gender and Diversity in Research Management.

EARMA is the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators and the stakeholder of the GENOVATE project.

EARMA Certificate in Research Management accredited training programme is awarded by the ATHE (Awards for Training and Higher Education) and delivered in collaboration with ARMA. ARMA is the UK's professional association for research managers and administrators https://www.arma.ac.uk/
